Sadler Arts Academy is a K-8 Arts Magnet School designed to give students the opportunity to learn through creative instruction, using the arts as a vehicle for motivation and learning.

Our school wide theme this year is Art for Art's Sake and an in depth study of Art Nouveau and the Jazz Era.  We have many meaningful learning experiences planned for the students.

  • National School of Character

    Sadler Arts Academy is very honored to be named, National School of Character by the Character Education Partnership in Washington D.C. Sadler joins the illustrious rank of only 44 other schools in the entire world to have this distinction. We are so proud to be honored for the excellent character exhibited at our school. Way to go, Sadler Shining Stars!

  • Sadler Arts Academy Named State School of Character

    The Character Council of Central Oklahoma named Sadler Arts Academy a 2014 State School of Character. Sadler is the first Kindergarten through Eighth grade school to receive this distinction. We were recognized for the outstanding character exhibited from our students, faculty, and all members of Sadler Arts Academy.

  • Sadler's Teacher of the Year- Mrs. Cindy Seitz

    Congratulations to Mrs. Cindy Seitz for being named Site Educator of the Year for Sadler Arts Academy. Mrs. Seitz is caring, devoted, intelligent, and kind. We are honored to bestow this distinction to such a deserving person. Congratulations to first grade teacher, Mrs. Seitz!

  • Magnet Applications- January 21st

    Sadler will begin accepting magnet applications for the 2014-2015 school year beginning on January 21st. Magnet applications are available in the office.

    Seventh grade teacher, Mrs. Monica Skaggs was selected as MEA Teacher of the Month from Sadler Arts Academy. Congratulations! We appreciate all you do for your seventh grade students! Your positive attitude and kindness are evident in all that you do for our school.

  • Harlem Nutcracker- 'All Jazz'd Up'

    The Sadler Nutcracker has had a tremedous response from audience members! The 'All Jazz'd Up' version has proven to be a HUGE success. The high energy dance routines and beautiful new costumes capitvated audience members. We are so very proud of our Sadler students!

  • Congratulations to our Nutcracker Poster Winners

    A winner was selected for each grade level. The sixth grade category had a three way tie for first place, and this resulted in a sixth grade overall winner. First, second, and third place awards were given for Best Poster Overall.

  • Sadler's Robotics Team Heads to State Competition

    Along with Mrs. Chapuis, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade members of the Sadler Robotics Team will compete at the state level in Edmond. Congratulations to our impressive robotics team! Way to to Sadler Stars!

    Blood Drive
    In honor of Jenny Jamison, third grade teacher at Sadler
     
    Special thanks to all of our parents, family members, friends, and staff members who took time to donate blood during our blood drive on October 7th.  We had tremendous support!
     
    On January 6, 2011, Jenny Jamison's life was saved using donor blood.
